Mission Spotlight for October
Focus on Trinity's Home Missions
Trinity is very busy with outreach through many avenues during the month of October. At the start of the month there will be the seemingly largest Rummage Sale that many of us have ever seen. At least, the amount of work is surprisingly endless, and it feels very large. The return on investment is also very rewarding. Your help will always be appreciated.
A VBS Reunion is scheduled for October 12th and the children and teens, along with their families, are invited to return to Trinity for a review of Wonder Junction. We will share songs, a sermonette, food and games to encourage family participation with the children's Bible education. Joy and Kevin Ritchey are the coordinators of this reunion.
Shortly following the Reunion is the LifeWise Craft Show, and this event will be expanding from last year. The proceeds go to the monthly charge for having 152+ students attending LifeWise from Madison schools. Fundraising is a never-ending process. Your attendance and word-of-mouth advertising are important. Please take time to talk with your neighbors and friends.
The Tracts and Treats event will arrive quickly in the last week of the month. If you have never visited the neighborhood or the Pastor's driveway during this event, you ought to see it. Even better, ask to take part in it. We feel that it needs to be "the more, the merrier" on the streets around the church. It's really fun to see all the costumes that the kids come up with! Of course, we share the Gospel for our "treats" (along with hot dogs)!
Trinity Church will have their Charge Conference in the last week of the month also. We will be hosting Faith Global Church from Ashland Crestview and a representative from the Millersburg Circuit will be officiating. It is a fine time to meet our fellow Global Methodist church members and share stories and Christian greetings. Looks like this will occur near or on October 27th .
We will not be asking for monetary donations for October for any of these activities, but your attendance and participation/effort in set-up or tear-down would always be accepted. God asks us to be thankful for our blessings in these events by tithing our hearts, hands, soul and mind. Let your pocketbook take a little breather this month.
God Bless You All.

LifeWise Academy
LifeWise Academy is a Bible-based character education program that exists to reach students in public schools with the gospel. Under released time law, students may be released from public school during the school day to receive religious instruction, provided the program is held off school property, privately funded, and parent-permitted.
In addition to their regular classes, parents/guardians have the option to enroll students in grades Kindergarten through sixth grade in LifeWise Academy. Chaperones will transport students to and from LifeWise.
LifeWise Madison is now enrolling students in Kindergarten through eighth grades for the 2025-2026 school year. Enroll your children or find more information at lifewise.org/oh-richland-madison.
Trinity Grace Fellowship will be hosting Lifewise students in fifth through eighth grades.

Richland Pregnancy Services
As the sole, pro-life provider of pregnancy resources in Richland County, Richland Pregnancy Services (RPS) has a unique opportunity to reach women considering abortion, providing physical, spiritual, and emotional support in response to unplanned pregnancies. Over the last 35 years, RPS has been faithfully serving the men and women of Richland County, impacting over 11,000 lives and counting!
Trinity participates in the "Baby Bottle Campaign" sponsored each year by RPS. Baby bottles are provided, and participants are asked to fill a bottle with coins, cash, and checks while also making a stand for life. Trinity has been involved in this mission since the early 90s.
